Henryetta school district parents of three-year-olds, students for pre-school and kindergarten have two days to enroll this year.
According to school officials enrollment will be held May 5 and 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the front lobby of the kindergarten building.
Appointments are necessary and parents need to call 918-652-6587 extension 1190 to set up the appointments with Mary Craft.
To be eligible for the three-year-old program, the child must be three years age on or before Sept. 1, 2021. They must be potty trained and parents are required to provide transportation each day.
The pre-school students must be four years old on or before Sept. 1.
New students enrolling in kindergarten must be five years old by the Sept. 1 date.
Parents need to bring proof of residence, official state birth certificate, social security card, current immunization record. If the child is Native American, they must have a tribal citizenship card.
