The HHS Lady Knight golf team bested 11 other schools Thursday to take first at the Henryetta girl’s Invitational.
Team members Lottie Johnson, Emily Stockholm, Skylar Smallwood, Maybry Been and Skylar Smallwood finished in the top ten sports out of over 40 players during the day. Smallwood turned in an 83 for the Medalist trophy. The girls had a 375 combined score for the day, well ahead of the 432 Beggs posted for second and 441 shot by Eufaula for third.
Johnson shot a 95 for the day, Stockholm had a 99 score card followed by Morris with 98 and Been with 100.
Next up for Henryetta will be the 3A regional tournament April 27 at Fountainhead golf course.
