Henryetta’s girls tennis team was playing with two positions missing Thursday but still came up with some impressive hardware in the Henryetta Invitational.
HHS junior Kellyn Lollis took the 1 singles championship with wins over Seminole and McAlester while the 1 doubles team of Katie Davis and Andrea Wade captured third. Davis and Wade won their opener against Lincoln Christian but lost 3,0 to LCS. That put them against Kingfisher in a battle for third. The HHS girls captured that with a 1,1 showing.
Friday’s boys match in the Henryetta Invitational was delayed until next week due to the weather.
