An early morning chase Thursday came to an end when this SUV crashed into a telephone pole at the intersection of Fourth and Ragan. The pursuit started on Ninth Street around 2 a.m. when Henryetta police officer Jeff Webster tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic violation. Following the crash, officer Webster said the driver ran from the vehicle on foot. That individual is still being sought. Two occupants of the car were taken into custody for questioning but later released. No injuries were reported in the crash. PSO crews were on the scene replacing the pole that was sheared off a few inches above the ground.
