With the final votes certified by the county election board, Kathy George Spears and Dan Artussee will be facing each other on the Nov. 9 special general election.
Spears won the Republican nod by a seven vote margin in the Sept. 14 primary. She received 139 votes while Matt Richardson reveived 132. There were 41 votes cast for David Berry who had pulled out of the race.
Artussee swept the demcratic side of the balloting with 322 votes compared to 123 for Michael Wallace and 50 for Gerald Bardin.
