Barbara Jean Knight, a 78-year resident of Henryetta, died Sept. 26, 2021 in Morris at the age of 79. She was born Aug. 16, 1942 in Henryetta to Ralph Sweet and Jackie (Hall) Sweet.
Barb owned and operated Barb's Shoe Shack in Henryetta as well as worked for many years along side her first husband Glen Collett in Colonial Motel and Pancake House. She was a member of Gospel Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Donald G. Knight in 1998; a son, Dr. Michael Collett; first husband, Glen Collett; a nephew, Randy Ingram; sister, Wanda Ingram; and sister, Lucille Crabtree.
She is survived by a daughter, Michelle Collett White of Morris; further survived by Carla Acton-Knight, Ashley Knight-Corn, and Michael Knight; grandchildren: Heather Taylor, Trey White, Jaimee Collett, Lyndsay Collett-Jackson, and Ferryn Collett; great grandchildren: Erika Dreessen, Talon White, Rylee Collett, Adelaide Collett and Mirelee Collett; also by a host of friends and other relatives.
Viewing for will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021 and 8 a.m. until noon Thursday, Sept. 30 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Merrick Faulkner officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
