There’s a lot of work that goes into the fundraising efforts Henryetta elementary students hold each year. That work was recognized this week when the top sellers were treated to pizza and a ride on the Batman party bus. The black bus, over 20 feet long and bearing the Btaman logo inside and out, entertained the youngsters with music and flashing lighted interior, a far cry from the yellow school buses and straight-backed benches they usually ride. “We wanted to show our kids that we appreciate their efforts,” said elementary principal Roger Williams.
