shooting

Police are looking for a man who was said to have fired some shots at a home in Henryetta Wednesday night.
According to police chief Steve Norman, the shooting occurred shortly after 7 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of North 11th.
He said the homeowner, Crystal Berg, told officers a man she did not know came to her door and shot at here. “Crystal returned fire at the suspect,” the chief said. The man is described as a white male wearing dark clothes.
One person at the home, Zach Britt, was wounded int he gunfire exchange and was taken first to Hillcrest Henryetta hospital then flown to a Tulsa hospital.
“We are following several leads on the suspect.” Norman said. Police canvassed the neighborhood looking for residents who might have video cameras that recorded the crime.
The chief said Berg was arrested on a felony warrant from Oklahoma City charging her for assault with a deadly weapon.
That house is in the same area where police and fire departments investigated an explosion nearly a year ago. That blast was said to have caused two broken windows in the home.
