Police are still investigating an incident Saturday afternoon that resulted in one person being life flighted to a Tulsa hospital and another person arrested.
Henryetta chief Steve Norman said Floyd Price, 63, was booked into the Okmulgee County jail on complaints of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident.
The charges stem from an altercation around 5 p.m. Saturday on West Merrick. According to police Price and another individual are alleged to have been involved in a fight. Price is accused to running into the other man then driving away.
The name of the victim has not been released but he is said to have suffered broken bones from the incident.
