The Henryetta Knights added another win Monday night and put themselves in position to advance to area with a heart-pounding 47-43 win over Eufaula.
Playing in the consolation brackets after first losing to Valliant in the tournament opener then beating Idabel 60-58, the Knights had to post their second win over the Ironheads.
Throughout the game, both teams provided a lot of excitement but it was the fourth quarter that put the fans on the edge of their seats.
Jordan Short dominated in that final frame picking up eight points that tied up the match at 37-37 then put another two in to break the tie.
Just over a minute was left when he got his third field goal giving the Knights a 41-37 advantage.
Eufaula was not to be outdone with the Ironheads sining a three-point shot to draw within one. Short was on the receiving end of a long pass downcourt and laid the ball into the hoop with 46 seconds left. The Ironheads countered that with a three point shot that tied up the match at 43-43.

With the clock winding down to single digits, the Ironheads tried for another three point field goal to send everything into overtime but missed.
The Knights took possession on a jump ball as Jordan Osterdock tried for two. Even though he missed, he was fouled with 4.8 seconds remaining. He missed the first shot but got the second throw the hoop for the game-winning 47-43 score.
