The Henryetta Lady Knights golf team were the hosts for their invitational Thursday and were able to take home the first place plaque.
As a team, they all stayed under 100 for the day with a team score of 342. That put them ahead of second place Seminole by 51 strokes.
HHS senior Skylar Smallwood shot an 80 for the day which was good enough for top individual honors as well as being her personal best round.
Skylar Morris was right on her heels with her personal best round of 89 for a tie for second place individual.
The second HHS senior, Lottie Johnson turned in a 90 that gave her a fourth place standing followed by Breea Stockholm with sixth placer her 92 and Mabrey Been, eighth place with a 96.
“This was great way for us to get ready for the 3A qualifer,” said coach Dutch Vandenborn. “Our girls have been improving all season and we should be competitive.”
