Over two inches of rain fell within a matter of a couple of hours in Henrytta Monday morning.
The deluge overwhelmed storm drains and caused several creeks throughout town to fill up and spread into adjacent low-lying areas.
About as quickly as the waters rose, they receded leaving a lot of debris that had to be cleaned up by city crews and homeowners.
