There will be 12 of the 14 Republican Party candidates for congress at a forum in Okmulgee Friday evening.
The dozen hopefuls are running for the District 2 Congressional seat now held by Markwayne Mullin. He is seeking the US> Senate post vacated by Jim Inhoff.
The forum will be held at the Rowe Family Life enter at 302 South Seminole in Okmulgee from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Candidates who will be on hand include, Johnny Teehee, Chris Schiller, Dustin Roberts, Marty Quinn, Wes Nofire, Clint Johnson, John Bennett, Josh Brecheen, Guy S. Barker, Pamela Gordon, Avery Frix and Dr. David Derby.
The forum is hosted by the Okmulgee County Republican Party and the public is invited to attend.
