Fire officials are trying to determine the cause of a house fire Thursday that left a family homeless.
The flames destroyed the brick home on Tiger Mountain occupied by Henryetta teachers Patrick and Heather Turner and their children.
According to firemen, the children were at home when they discovered a fire in the living room area. Flames spread quickly and, despite efforts by volunteer firemen from the area, the house and all belongings were a total loss.
A Gofundme page has been set up to help the family and efforts are underway to get clothing for everyone.
