Three people were arrested and a stolen side-by-side ATV recovered near Henryetta this past weekend.
According to Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice, his office was told the stolen ATV had been seen east of Henryetta after it was reported stolen July 21.
Upon investigation, sheriff Rice said Andy Vance, 28. Kimberly Piquette. 26, and Ryan Henley. 32, were arrested. They were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Vance and Piquet were also charged with possession of a firearm while on probation and Henley charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
“There have been a number of property crimes reported this summer,” Rice said. “We appreciate any help from county residents who report suspicious activity. That can help up recover the stolen property and arrest those involved.” He said tips can be made by calling his office at 918-756-4311.
