Henryetta’s Lady Knights would like to forget their last regularly scheduled softball game of the season Tuesday.
They wound up on the wrong end of a 6-0 score with the Bristow Lady Pirates demonstrating their pitching abilities.
Bristol jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning, adding one more run in the third, one in the fourth then two in the sixth for the win.
Henryetta was only able to get four hits during the game with Mckayla Greenhaw punching a single each time she got to the plate. Brooklyn Baughman also had a hit but was stranded on first.
Thursday afternoon Henryetta goes to Kiefer for the regional tournament. They will be playing Sequoyah-Tahlequah at 2 p.m. At the Sept. 7 encounter, Henryetta went extra innings to lose 11-7.
The winner of that game will be playing the winner of the Kiefer-Heavener game at 6 p.m.
