A Henryetta business landmark is going to be auctioned off next month.
The Colonial Motel on East main will be up for sale Sept. 3 at 10 a.m.
Built in the 1960s by Frank Collett, sr., the motel complex includes 20 rooms, a restaurant area and retail building with upstairs apartment.
It has been closed since this past spring.
