Obituary – Ricky King December 22, 1959 – October 4, 2025

Ricky Lynn King passed away October 4, 2025 at the age of 65 in Henryetta, OK. He was born December 22, 1959 in Oklahoma City to Faye (Hedrick) and Jerry King. He attended Henryetta schools until he joined the Navy at the age of 17. In 1980 he met and married Laurie Lewis in Las Vegas and the raised two beautiful girls. Ricky worked a variety of jobs, mostly construction and retired from pipelining in 2018. He loved the outdoors and loved making people laugh but the thing he loved most was being Papaw.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son in law Eric Rempe.

Ricky is survived by his wife Lauri King, Daughters Kristen Rempe of Henryetta and Nicole Wilson and husband Shane of Okemah. Six grandchildren, Cailey, Trevor, Kurtis, Camden, Zander and Kane. 4 great grandchildren and his sisters Angie Rempe and Xan Robertson.

Ricky was one of a kind with a big personality and he will be missed
