Discuss/Act to award bid for the Jim Hall Lake Spillway Improvements Project.

ITEM #2:         
Discuss/Act to proceed with the purchase of a Fire Department vehicle at state bid pricing in the amount of $58,650.00. The funding for this vehicle will be reimbursed 100% to the City of Henryetta through an Equipment Replacement Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

ITEM #3:         
Discuss/Act to allow the City Manager to spend up to $30,000 to replace a Police vehicle that was totaled after being stolen.

Senator Bullard covers Senate Dist 8 (Atoka, Bryan, Choctaw, Johnston and Pushmataha counties).
Senator Bullard is one of the leaders of the Senate and Chairs the Retirement and Government Resources committee. He is also a member of the OMES, Agriculture and Wildlife, Rules and Technology, and Telecommunications committees.

Sen. Bullard has agreed to be our surrogate State Senator this session! This is our chance to share what is important to us in Okmulgee County and hear what he will be working on in the upcoming session.

Rep. Scott Fetgatter was elected to serve House District 16 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2016.

During the past eight years, Fetgatter has been dedicated to promoting economic development and diversity in Oklahoma to make the state more business friendly. His favorite part of the job is assisting his constituents in House District 16 with their daily needs.
