Henryetta, OK — As the holiday season unfolds in this tight-knit community, Henryetta is alive with festive activities that bring residents together for parades, markets, concerts, and heartfelt gatherings. From shopping for unique gifts to enjoying free community meals, there’s something for everyone to celebrate the season.

Mistletoe Market (Ongoing through December 21)

The Henryetta Chamber of Commerce hosts the popular Mistletoe Market at 5th and Trudgeon streets, transforming downtown into a glowing Christmas village. Open on select dates (Thursdays 5-10 p.m., Fridays 5-10 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m.-10 p.m.), it features indoor vendors selling handmade gifts, food trucks, live entertainment, photo ops, and more. This new tradition supports local businesses and kicks off the holiday shopping spirit.

Community-Wide Christmas Dinner (December 18)

One of Henryetta’s most cherished traditions returned on December 18 at the Henryetta Civic Center (115 S. 4th Street). Organized by Tristan Dimmit for nine years running, this free community dinner welcomed a packed house of enthusiastic locals at 6 p.m. for holiday favorites like turkey, ham, sides, and desserts. It’s a warm gathering that emphasizes fellowship and the true meaning of Christmas.
