Deborah Kay Hendrix April 20 1957 — April 18 2026

Deborah Kay Hendrix, also known as Debbie passed away Saturday, April 18th, 2026 in Morris at the age of 68. She was born April 20, 1957 in Erick, Oklahoma to Marvin and Laurena (Brinkley) Umsted. She worked as a PCA in Health Care.

She is preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Ronnie, Billy, Gene & Carolyn.

She is survived by two daughters, Alicia Whiteley & husband Jason of Westville, Oklahoma, Jamaica Lawson & husband Tracy of Morris, Oklahoma; Seven grandchildren, Trevor Hughes, Hannah Hughes, Wryatt Whiteley, Avery Whiteley, Braxton Lawson, Reiley Lawson and Cruze Lawson; two great grandchildren, Logan Hughes and Parker Hughes. One sister, Margaret Thompson & husband Sonny of Glenpool, one brother, James Umsted of Wheeler, Texas; also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

A memorial service is scheduled at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 27th, 2026 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Tom Young officiating. Inurnment will be in Erick Cemetery. Services are provided by Integrity Funeral Service.
