Gabriella Roberts along with her parents Jeremy and Guyla Roberts recently attended a black tie event that they soon won't forget.
jeremy dau dressGuyla along with some of her friends and sister-in-laws took part in a contest that involved making a dress from the Rustic Cuff bracelet bags or packaging where they would submit the photos of the dress to Rustic Cuff to have a chance to compete in a fashion show at a later date.
The dress was designed and made by Candace Neeley of Weleetka along with the shoes being designed by Misty Ashley of Henryetta.
The photo of Gabriella modeling the dress was submitted to Rustic Cuff and Gabriella was chosen to participate in the Project Cuffway fashion show/fundraiser presented by Rustic Cuff.
There were 1500 submissions to Rustic Cuff and only 125 were chosen to compete the night of April 22, 2016 at the Cox Business Center in Tulsa.  
The Emcee for Project Cuffway was Mark Steele, the Judges were Kevin Anderson, former Miss Oklahoma 2014 Alex Eppler, News on 6 Anchor Lori Fullbright, Image Consultant Lisa K, and Recording Artist from "The Voice" Brian Nhira.
The Founder and CEO of Rustic Cuff, Jill Donovan was in attendance throughout the evening as well. There were several different categories ranging from Children's to Bridal, each category had a winner along with an overall winner of the night and a Fan Favorite Winner.
 Gabriella (Gabby) Roberts was selected as the Fan Favorite which was determined by the audience "voting" via the ticketing/silent auction system, Handbid. Gabby was asked to come on stage with her mother Guyla to receive the Fan Favorite title along with a trip to New York City and $3,000 in cash, from Rustic Cuff Founder and CEO, Jill Donovan. jeremy family
The proceeds of over $125,000 raised that evening from the Project Cuffway were 100% donated to The National Pancreas Foundation, a foundation that provides hope and research for those suffering from pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.
Gabby is a Pre-K student in Cindy Rector's class at Henryetta Elementary. Gabby has two brothers Jonah and Joshua Roberts that also attend Henryetta Public Schools.
