Feb. 25 is the last day voters can get absentee ballot applications before the March 3 school bond election.
County election board secretary Ava Ridgeway said the applications can be picked up at her office in the court house or downloaded from the Oklahoma State Election Board website, www.ok.gov/elections.
"Applications must be received in our office not later than Wednesday, Feb. 25. Mailed ballots must be received in our office not later than 7 p.m. March 3," she said.
Henryetta voters will be deciding the fate of a $9.640 million bond issue.
It is designed to build two new buildings, add technology upgrades and make needed repairs on the existing facilities.
Early voting for that election will be Feb. 26 and Feb. 27. All early votes must be cast at the election board office from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on each of those days.
The March 3 voting will take place in the Henryetta area precincts. Only people living within the Henryetta school district will be eligible to vote in that election.
