The largest Henryetta Christmas parade yet delighted several hundred people along Main Street Saturday night.
This year, the spectators only had to bundle up against the wind as they enjoyed over 30 floats and entries bringing the holiday season to town.
Henryetta’s Boy Scouts provided a float with trees and even a campsite to capture first place in the judging.
Second place went to Rheba’s Flower Shop as the Grinch strolled down Main. Taking third was the brightly-lit barrel train from the M/W family.
Selected as the parade grand marshal this year was the Henryetta Golf Course.
Holding down the place of honor was Santa Claus riding in his sleigh pulled by the reindeer entry from the Henryetta city council.
“This was a great parade,” said chamber of commerce president Jeremy Roberts. “We want to thank everyone who participated.”
