Freddie Robert Thompson, Jr, a resident of Wilson died March 14, 2015 at the age of 62. He was born June 14, 1952 in Los Angeles, Calif., to Freddie Robert Thompson, Sr. and Dorothy (Drake) Thompson.
He was a member of the American Legion and International Union of Operating Engineers Local 112. He worked as a pipeline radiographer until the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie R. Thompson, Sr. in July of 2014.
He is survived by his wife Dina of the home; mother, Dorothy Thompson of Wilson; five children, Todd Thompson of Denison, Tex., Sara Thompson of Paramount, Calif., Freddie Thompson, III and wife Darcy of Ada, Amanda Weimer and Whitney of Henryetta, Jennifer Weaver and Nance of McAlester; three sisters, Patricia Vaughn and Husband Pat of Wilson,
Carolyn Cunningham of Henryetta, Gail Stehwein and husband Bobby of Wilson; eight grandchildren, Kyle and Jared Thompson of California, Jasmine and Manuel Sanchez of Paramount, Kenadi Tyrell of McAlester, Brynlee Thompson of Ada, Bailee Weimer of Texas and Dareian Weaver of McAlester; also by a host of neices, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Memorial services are scheduled for 3 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Integrity Chapel with Rex Walcher, officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
