Another Henryetta Labor Day celebration is in the books now.
Several thousand people turned out for the parade Monday morning lining the streets and laughing and yelling to friends and neighbors on the various floats and trucks.
After the parade, the children enjoyed watching turtles race, fogs jump and catching fish. There were pennies to find in the sand, softballs and eggs to toss and even horseshoes clanking around.
Lots of Detroit steel was sparkling at the First Family Federal auto and bike show.
The Monday events capped off three days of fun that included rodeos and class reunions.
