Elton Dillon (right) took possession of the Henry .357 carbine Wednesday morning. He was the winner in the raffle held by the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce and had three tickets in the stack. The drawing was held Sunday night during a break in the Living Legends Rodeo action. Only 200 tickets were available with all proceeds going to help with improvements to the Cowboy Park on Main Street. Travis Moore of TM Enterprises presented the Schulter resident with the rifle.
