Billie James Weaver died March 21, 2015 in Oklahoma City at the age of 67. He was born Feb. 8, 1948 in Muskogeea to Bill ‚ÄúChief" and Lela (Adkinson) Weaver.  He married Angela Banks August 1, 1995, in Bentonville, Arkansas.  Bill had an associate degree in criminal justice and was former sheriff in Okmulgee County during the 1980's.  He was a member of the Church Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bill is survived by his wife, Angela Weaver, of the home in Wagoner; children: Joshua Brown and wife Samantha of Wagoner, Caitlin Brown of Potsbouro, Tex., and Alexandria Weaver of the home in Wagoner; grandchildren, Emalyn Taylor, Trinity McDaniels, and Ember Brown; sister, Judy Schanks and husband Greg of Okmulgee; nephews, Billy Shanks, Eddie Young, Tommy Young; niece, Shirlene Karigbaum and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Light House Full Gospel Church in Wagoner. Services are under the direction of the Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home.
