Just in time for Christmas, the Lilly Pad Thrift store at 314 West Main, officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday. Owned by Mollie and Jason Lilly, the thrift store provides local residents with a place to obtain a variety of clothing and houseware items. Chamber of Commerce members were on hand Wednesday to express their appreciation for the newly-remodled store arrival and welcomed the business as a new member. A portion of the profits each month are returned to different community organizaitons each month.
