Volunteers were busy Thursday night loading up baskets of food for needy area residents. The annual Henryetta Lions Club food basket program will see those boxes of food and Christmas toys handed out Saturday morning at the First United Methodist Church. The distribution will start at 8 a.m. and run through 11. "We really want to thank those who helped through donations of food and money," said club president Grant Jenson. "This will make Christmas so much better for so many."
