Brandy Reneé Kelley, a longtime resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Tulsa and gained her wings at the age of 39 on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
Brandy was born on June 10, 1981 in Henryetta to Gary Dewayne Kelley and Suzanne Renee (Blevins) Craig. She grew up in Dewar and attended Dewar Public Schools. She was a very smart and humorous child remembered for her quick wit, funny stories and game room skills.
Brandy found her calling as a homemaker and loving mother to three children along with her high school sweetheart, Larry David Weaver, whom she considered the love of her life.
Brandy loved spending time with children, family, friends and animals most of all. She enjoyed telling funny jokes and stories, chewing on crushed ice beside burn pit fires, camping, fishing, drawing, creating art and making crafts.
Brandy’s family and friends will always miss her big hugs, her humor, her laughter, and her ability to brighten anyone’s day. Her kind nature and nurturing heart were deeply admired by all who knew her. She will be remembered for encouraging words and for being a true friend.
Brandy Kelley was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Betty Jewell Kelley of Henryetta; maternal grandparents, Bobbie and Joyce Williams of Dewar; step-mother Linda Kelley of Henryetta; aunts Teresa Bruner of Sapulpa and Barbara Morrison of Owasso; and her special love, Ayla Ray McFarland-Weaver of Henryetta.
She is survived by her beloved children, Hailey Weaver of Henryetta, Brittany Weaver of Henryetta, and Seth Weaver and Harley VanStraten of Henryetta; her paternal grandfather, Clifford Kelley of Henryetta; her father, Gary Kelley of Henryetta; her mother, Suzanne (Blevins) Craig and Jimmie Green of Henryetta; her uncles, Floyd Blevins of Dewar and Jim Bruner of Henryetta; her aunts, Wyona Hoover of Henryetta and Faye and Dennis Hallemier of Sapulpa; her brothers, Derek Flanagan of Henryetta, Clifford and Stephanie Kelley of Henryetta, Lloyd Ingram of Arkansas, and Jon Dee and Tiffany Smithee of Tucson, AZ; her sisters, Leslie Sills of Henryetta, April Britt of Henryetta, Jessie Thompson of Stillwater, Betty Jewel Flannagan and Nikita Muse of Okemah, and Cheryl Green of Harrison, AR; and her beloved Australian Shepherd Sadie Mae as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
