Billie Jorene (Nunn) Mouser, 89, a former resident of Hanna, died Nov. 7, 2021 in Henryetta. Billie was born Oct. 7, 1932 in Rhyne, Okla., to Ethel (Ferguson) Nunn and Samuel Tolliver Nunn. Billie lived in Hanna for most of her life, and resided in Morris beginning in 2000 where she lived until she moved to Fountain View Manor in December of 2018.
She attended the Hanna Public School as well as Liberty School in 1948. Billie was the youngest child in her family, having seven older brothers and one older sister. Billie married Logan George Mouser on February 6th, 1950 and they were married for 46 years until his death in 1996. She was a long time member of the Hanna Church of Christ. She retired from Ball Glass in Okmulgee.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband Logan; youngest son, Billy Jack of the home; her parents, Tollie and Ethel Nunn; her in-laws, George and Ethel Mouser; brothers and their spouses; Walter and Lena Nunn, William and Flossie Nunn, John Nunn, Samuel and Velma Nunn, Robert and Mary Lou Nunn, brothers, Charles "Brother" Nunn, Joe Nunn; one sister, Hixie who passed as a baby; brothers and sister-in-laws, Charles Taylor, Carl and Helen Mouser, Fred Mouser, Buddy and Jo Beth Cox, and Wanda Demmitt as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Billie is survived by her two daughters: Bonita Wood of Okmulgee/Morris and Joyce Mouser of Henryetta; son, George Mouser of Eufaula; son-in-law: Shorty Wood; daughter-in-law: Nancy Mouser; grandson: Sloan Wood and granddaughter-in-law Hannah; two great-grandchildren, Hazel and Alex of Edmond; five sisters-in-law: Della Nunn, Edith Nunn, Melva Taylor, Darlene Mouser and Ruby Mouser; one brother-in-law: Jack Mouser and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Viewing and visitation is scheduled for 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon, Henryetta
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service Chapel, 410 East Trudgeon, Henryetta, Officiating will be Brother Ronnie Fletcher
