Local residents were lined up an hour before doors opened to get their Troy Aikman’s Highway to Henryetta tickets Thursday morning.
The 1,500 advance tickets were distributed to Henryetta residents at the Cricket store. Recipients were given a promotional code that enabled them to go online to the June 11 festival website. Once they logged in, they were guided through a series of steps to purchase their tickets as well as get transportation to the one day event at Nichols Park.
Blake Shelton is the featured performer along with the Josh Abbott Band, Wade Bowen, Stoney LaRue, George Dunham and the Bird Dogs, local artist Mikayla Lane. More performers will be announced at a later date.
