Jimmy Starr, a resident of Henryetta, died Feb. 24, 2022 in Tulsa at the age of 70. Jimmy was born April 11, 1951 in Holdenville to Mandy Hill. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mandy Hill, a sister, Christine Lewis, maternal grandparents, Eli and Lena Starr, also by Annie Beaver.
He is survived by two sisters, Frances Lewis of Eufaula and Pauline Lewis of Shawnee; three brothers: Thomas Lewis of Dustin, Sampson Lewis of Henryetta and Benjamin Hill, Jr. of Dustin; son Tyler Hill of Oklahoma City; also by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be from 2 to 4 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2022 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Wake services are at 7 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Dustin.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Faith Baptist Church in Dustin with Rev. Phillip Harjo officiating. Interment will be in Starr Family Cemetery in the Ryal Community. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Navy Honor Guard. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
