Stuart Watts Santee, a former Henryetta resident, died Feb. 22, 2022 in McKinney Texas at the age of 82He was born Nov. 18, 1939, in Tulsa.
Stuart was preceded in death by his wife Normajean Condley Santee, his parents, G.C. and Maxine Delilah Watts Santee, his sister, Mary Sue “Susie” Santee Pritchett and his brother David Kenton Santee.
He is survived by his son and his wife, Jon Kevin and Amy Santee, of Allen, Texas; three grandchildren: Jonathan Santee of Oklahoma City, Andrew Santee and his wife Nichole of Saint Gabriel, LA, Sara Middleton of Allen, and Dalton, LeAnn, Olivia and Cutter Carrell of Fort Worth, TX..
Stuart graduated from Henryetta High School in Henryetta, OK, and marched with the Henryetta High School band in the Rose Bowl Parade. He went on to college at Oklahoma City University and was a member of the men’s golf team and the Lamba Chi Alpha fraternity.
Stuart had a long and successful career in sales, and retired from his own eyewear company, Undercover Eyewear, a company he and Normajean built together from their home at Pecan Plantation in Granbury, TX.
A visitation for Stuart will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 1 to 2 p.m., 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A committal service will occur Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
