For a short time Friday afternoon all of the rail intersections in Henryetta were blocked. A Burlington Northern rail car slipped off the tracks as it was going through the marshalling yard. Railroad workers were able to split the train and pull it far enough to open crossings on Main and Trudgeon. No cause was given for the derailment. For a short time police were telling motorists to use Frisco or I-40 to get from one side of town to the other.
