Anna Louise Carson, Henryetta, died Aug. 19, 2022, in Henryetta at the age of 79. She was born Dec. 31, 1942 in Okmulgee to Harriette (Scott) and Yahola Tiger, Sr.
Anna worked in a factory as a seamstress. She was affiliated with the Full Gospel church and a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Anna was full blood Mvskoke Creek Indian and a member of the Racoon Clan. She married Jerry Edward Carson Jan. 19, 1990 in Hitchita and made their home in Henryetta.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, siblings, Mary Tiger Kaulay, Susan Elaine Tiger, and Yahola Tiger, Jr., grandson, Daly Phillips, and step son, Justin Carson.
Anna is survived by her husband, Jerry Carson, of the home; children: Kennan Phillips, Checotah, Steven Phillips and wife Terri, Tulsa, Shannon Robertson and husband Shawn, McAlester, and Jason Carson, Hitchita; grandchildren: Anthony Phillips, Randall Phillips, Elaine Dean, Ashlee Howk, Bailie Carson, and Amanda Fisher; great grandchildren: Leland, Alivia, IvyAnna, Stryker, Ayla, Jedidiah, Takoda, Madelynn, Khloe, Cayluhm, Jace, Gabriella and RJ; siblings: Benjamin Tiger and wife Marilyn, Anadarko, George Tiger and wife Jane, El Reno, Serena Brown and husband Allen, McAlester, Mariena Eslick, Benita Tiger, Jeraldean Tiger, Norman Tiger, Mitchell Tiger, Jon Mark Tiger and wife Laverne, Judith Pickering and husband Tom, all of Eufaula; aunt, Samarian "Choc" Herndon, Sapulpa, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Monday, Aug., 22, 2022 at Integrity Funeral Service from 3 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Aug., 23, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Integrity Funeral Chapel in Henryetta with Rev. Andy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow the service at Hitchita-Lackey Cemetery in Hitchita.
Pallbearers will be Benjamin Tiger, Jon Mark Tiger, and George Samuel Tiger.
