An 18-year-old Tulsa man has pled guilty to shooting at a vehicle in Henryetta last December.
Brayden Zane Graham had been charged in federal court with Using, Carrying, Brandishing and Discharging a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.
That came from an investigation by the Henryetta police and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Graham is alleged to have fired several shots at a pickup and the three passengers in it Dec. 29, 2022 in Henryetta. An investigation revealed that Graham attempted to overtake three passengers in a truck. As the truck fled, Graham fired several rounds into the back of the vehicle.
Because he is a member of a federally recognized tribe, the case was heard in federal court in Muskogee.
Graham has been remanded to custody of the U.S. Marshal pending sentencing. No date was given when that sentence would be handed down.
