Two investigations are underway in Okmulgee County this week.

UPDATE: the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Department said Todd Fleming has been found and is safe. That was a release issued Wednesday morning.

Acting on a tip, investigators went to a home in Okmulgee and found Fleming safe.

Todd Fleming was The first is a search for Todd Fleming who is said to have been missing since Sept. 1. According to the Okmulgee County sheriff’s department, Fleming left his home west of Okmulgee on foot and has not been seen since.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are looking into a hit and run that happened early Tuesday morning on US 75 north of Henryetta.
The OHP said a man was walking on US 75 when he was hit by a vehicle. That driver failed to stop at the scene. The 35-year-old victim was taken to the Okmulgee airport then flown to St. John’s hospital in Tulsa with head and arm injuries.
