The Henryetta Economic Development Authority (HEDA) selected Dr. David Warden as their choice for a member.
Monday morning HEDA members held a short executive decision to go over several resumes that had been submitted to the vacancy.
Dr. Warden is a lifelong resident of Henryetta and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Following his military service, he returned to Henryetta and opened the Henryetta Dental Center. He is one of the founders of the Henryetta Education Foundation, a member of the hospital authority and on the American Exchange Bank board of directors.
His name will be submitted to the city council for their approval and, if approved, will take his seat at the October meeting.
