Two fatalities were recorded in the Henryetta area within five hours of each other Friday night and early Saturday morning.
The first involved a rollover accident three miles east of Henryetta on Interstate 40 around 8:30 that claimed the life of a Bartlesville man.
Shortly after midnight, Okmulgee County deputies were called about a fatality on the Burlington Northern track just south of Henryetta near Creek Mine Road. That accident resulted in the death of an unidentified man.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Isaac Muzzy, 19, died of injuries he received when his 2013 Hyundai crashed on I-40. He was flown to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was pronounced dead.
The cause of that accident is still under investigation.
Shortly after 1 a.m. County deputies were notified about a death on the railroad tracks south of Henryetta.
When they arrived it was determined the victim was a member of a Federally-recognized tribe and the case was turned over to the Creek Nation Lighthouse. No more information was released about the incident.
