Republican precinct elections are going to be held Feb. 9 for Okmulgee County.
According to county chairperson Marsheila Pryor, the elections will be held at the Student Union building on the OSUIT campus starting at 7 p.m.
“The precinct elections are an opportunity for every registered republican to participate first hand in grassroots politic,” she said. “This is the first step in the election of delegates to the state convention set in Moore May 14.”
All county republican party members are encouraged to attend.
