Terry Dean Sumka, Henryetta, died Feb. 28, 2016 in Henryetta at the age of 54. He was born Aug. 8, 1961 to Foster and Lorene (Fry) Sumka. He was a carpenter by trade and a member of Hickory Ground #2 Indian Church.
Survivors include his wife Martha of the home; daughter: Teresa Sumka of Ft Cobb; three sisters: Janet Lee of Henryetta, Ann Sumka of Henryetta and Loretta Sumka of Henryetta; five brothers: Jerry Sumka of Henryetta, Kenneth Sumka of Henryetta, Wayne Sumka of Earlsboro, Mark Sumka of Henryetta and Foster Sumka Jr of Tulsa and his mother Lorene Sumka of Henryetta
A wake service will be Wednesday at the Yardeka Indian Church at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Yardeka Indian Church. Interment will be at the Sumka Family Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
