The first two panels that will comprise the million-gallon water tank east of town went up early Friday morning. The panels are cement poured over a metal outer skin and will wrap around the entire structure. Other panels have already been poured that will comprise the roof structure. DN Tanks officials said the project should be completed by the middle of October. All panels are expected to be set in place by Monday.
