| The evening started with Geebon Gouge welcoming everyone and saying the Muscogee Nation appreciated the recognition of Chitto Harjo (crazy Snake). He pointed out Harjo was an honorable member of the tribe.
The newly-named Miss MCN and junior Mis MCN, Shannon Barnett and Maddie Gouge made their first public appearance at the festival.
As the live music started, again started falling and continued throughout the first music set.
Concert coordinators broke the bad news after that set that the concert was being called.
