Raymond Leon Stacy was born June 9, 1947 in Sacramento, Calif., to Silas Raymond Stacy and Faye Lou (Rice) Stacy. He died July 20, 2022 in Fayetteville, Ark., at the age of 75.
Raymond was married to Treva (Ellingsworth) Stacy June 18, 1966 in Sacramento, CA. He was called into the ministry at an early age and at the age of 23 became pastor of the United Pentecostal Church in Mounds. After 28 years of pastoring in Mounds, he preached in several churches and served on the pastoral staff at Christian Life Center in Stockton, Calif., with Pastors Kenneth and Nathaniel Haney for approximately 14 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Carolyn Sue Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Treva of the home; son, Tony Stacy and wife April of Phoenix, AZ; daughter Raylene Renfro and husband Jim of Frisco, Tex.; grandchildren: Blake and Blair Stacy, Riley and Brady Harrison, Baylor and wife Charity Griffin and Boston Griffin; great-grand daughter, Sparrow Elenna Fern Griffin; brother, Russell and wife Jennie Stacy; sister Renee and husband Eddie Raley and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Viewing for Rev. Stacy will be Monday, July 25, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Service with family present to greet friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at True Life Tabernacle, 9099 E. 171st St. S., Bixby. Burial will follow the service at Okmulgee Cemetery, Okmulgee.
