Tommy Lee Silkwood, a resident of Okemah, died Sept. 5, 2022 in Okemah at the age of 72. He was born Jan. 10, 1950 in Henryetta to Theodore Pete Silkwood and Geraldine Marie (George) Silkwood.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Silkwood, mother, Geraldine Marie Silkwood, father, Theodore Pete Silkwood, brothers; Teddy Silkwood, Bobby Silkwood, and Charles Silkwood.
Tommy is survived by his son, Rick Silkwood and wife Lucia of Okemah; daughter, Chrystal Foster and husband Steve of Henryetta; grandchildren: Sam and Candace Morava of Guthrie, Sadie and Stephen Hobbs of Beggs, Shandy Lawless of Eufaula, Shelbie Silkwood of Okemah, Felicia and Nick Dudley of Henryetta, Shantel Foster of Morris; 13 great grandchildren, sister, Joyce James of VanBuren, Arkansas; a host of nieces and nephews, brother-in-law, Jack and Cheryl Mustin of Dewar, sister-in-law, Shirley McCoy of Council Hill, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022 at 2 p.m. at New Covenant Tabernacle in Grayson with Pastor Robert Lay, officiating and Eulogy by Terry Bennett.
