A new Henryetta school board member took her seat Monday night but another board member announced their resignation in a surprising letter.
Newly-elected board member Ginny Holder was sworn in at the start of the regular meetin. Performing the ceremony was board vice-president Misty Morris.
That was followed by a letter from long-time board member and president James Williams who told the group he would step down due to health issues. That means the board will be appointing a replacement at a later date.
