A Henryetta man, Jagger Levi Gordon, has been sentenced to 110 months in federal prison this week.
Gordon, 29, pleaded guilty of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine Feb. 16, 2022. The case stemmed from a March 8, 2021 arrest in Henryetta. Since he was a Native American, the case was turned over to federal officials.
At the plea hearing, Gordon admitted that he had possessed 20 grams of pure methamphetamine, multiple firearms, and ammunition, all of which were discovered by law enforcement responding to an emergency call to his residence in Henryetta. He also also admitted to possessing the methamphetamine for distribution purposes.
The investigation was held by the Henryetta Police Department, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Gordon will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of incarceration.
He had been convicted on possession of controlled substance charges in 2016.
