Traffic should be moving again the full length of South Fourth next week. City crews have set the two large drain pipes under the roadway just south of the intersection with Clegern and are in the process of pouring the cement around them. Once the cement hardens, the road surface will be paved. Work started on the project in July but workers had to e pulled off the job site several times for other work around town.
